I don't know the answer to this from a medical perspective, but I simple thought about it. Have I ever heard of this happening? Nope.

I wouldn't think it would have any more or less risk than aspirating any other fluid into your lungs. No worse than snot or Mountain Dew.... Not fun, but your lungs would probably get over it.
