I think this, in a humorous fashion, pretty much says it all in regards to the societal ramifications of "gay marriage" when it is universally allowed, accepted and performed:

Leave it to you to find a good one. A recently outed gay friend of mine posted a pic last night from the LGBT news on FB. And yes I think they are probably on to something with the statement.

Conservatives: Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling!
Religious Right: Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes...
Faux News: The dead rising from the grave!
Republican Party: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!

Some will be very happy. Some will be very sad. Some will be very angry. The world will keep spinning. Life will keep living.

Apologies if that seems prosaic. In my quiet little world view, people whom love another marry, sexuality does not matter. This really ought to be a non-issue. :2cents: I would love to marry my boyfriend in adjunct and compliment of my wife. I love both equally, having sex or not. The sex with both is great in my opinion and I am sure we would have sex. But the sex is not all there is to our relationships.

Void dreams of a house with two bedrooms, one for wife, one for elian. He sees a cozy den set aside for himself when he doesn't visit and sleep with either wife or husband. Void sees everyone involved with bright smiling faces, all sharing profound love and joy being in good company. He overhears his husband and wife laughing and sorting out just who's kitchen it is before he comes in to claim it and then run ducking the ensuing utensil hurricane following him out of the kitchen. He dreams of sitting on a couch, cuddling with both while watching cheesy foreign films, and both of them banning him from watching Benny & June for the millionth time. Void smiles and keeps dreaming even knowing reality.
