Like many of the other cocksuckers on the forum. I'm always searching for new opportunities to give guys blowjobs. I'll often read about meeting men on craigslist or sucking off anonymous guys at adult bookstores. I've always been concerned that this might introduce health issues, but are these fears legitimate? I know that everything we do carries some element of risk but how risky is it in reality? I'd like to hear from people who have done these things regularly without incident, but also from those who have picked up some sort of bug. Not about someone you know, but your own personal experiences.

I haven't had any personal experiences in getting an STD from sucking cock--but the fact is--it is a very real health issue. I know it sounds hot to go and suck cock at ABSs, bathhouses and such---but doing that just increases the risk of contracting something. It is a reason that I have never gone to one of those places and engaged in such activity, having no plans to ever do so.

If you do chose to do that yourself--do take care--and good luck that you don't get something----

I fully understand the fear. Many guys that would love to have random hookups don't for this reason. My experience has been lucky I guess. For nearly 20 years, I was seeing guys on the side for oral sex. Just oral. I had a regular but he was never enough for me. I would guess I have had close to a hundred different cocks come in my mouth. These were men I met on craigslist and at the ABS. After my wife found out, we got tested and were completely clean. If you decide to go through with it, there is some advise I have followed and have no idea if it helped. First, don't brush your teeth prior to sucking cock. Typically gums will bleed slightly from brushing. Next, if you are sucking a cock and taste blood, stop. Sucking can also cause the gums to bleed. When he comes, get his dick as far back as possible and swallow quickly. Your mouth is where you will pick up bugs. Your stomach is excellent at stopping them. An open sore, even slightly bleeding gums is an invitation to everything including hiv.

I know I have been exposed to the herpes virus by sucking dick about 10 years ago. I did not deliberately expose my
self to it. I may or may not have been infected. It is very contagious. Fortunately, I have not had any symptoms associated with it. For most infected with it, they never have problems or is a one time problem. I did have a bacterial VD from a girl friend that required antibiotic treatment to rid me of that bug. But, I have had other issues that significantly impacted my like and even almost killed me that had absolutely nothing to do with sex.
Your born, good stuff happens, bad stuff happens, you do your best to limit the bad WITHOUT giving up the good so that you leave this world with no regrets.

use a condom, it is a big fear of mine to catch something who knows what these guys have I don't have anything but have seen guys suck and fuck 5 to 10 different guys at book stores in a few hours time period without protection while sucking that's a lot of cock in 1 day which greatly increases risk time the amount of days he has done this in the past. why would someone want to take that chance. Of course the guys going to tell you he is clean while horny. Bag that cock or get a doctors note!

No chat room- i am reading forums- 63swm here I have been suckin cock since i was 12. I have swallowed almost evry drop. I began anal fuckin when i was 22yo.
41 fuckin yrs ago. I know i am lucky but I have NEVER had an STD of any kind. I have always used rubber when anal- did BB 1 time .

i usually know who i am sucking. I have sucked some I just met but sized the up as probably clean. I get tested regular. My Doc knows to check- I usually give him a sample.

my suggestion is to always Play Safe.

The best option to not contracting an STD is you MUST use a condom! Whether it is penetration or Fellatio, you do not want to put yourself at risk. Because, having multiple partners and having unprotected sex can lead into health risks. So, take caution on who you are with; and if you're not sure don't do it! For your sake and your partner(s), make sure that you get tested and them as well.

Trust me, slipping a bit in my previous relationship has taught me a lesson to not be vulnerable etc. Again, protection and testing is a MUST. If your new, then don't beat yourself up about it. However, if you already know about the consequences of contracting an STD/STI. Then, it's up to you to be responsible and caution. Take care of yourself.
