It's been awhile since I have spent much time in the Charlotte area so I am afraid I can offer little advice other than to say to Google or Ask.com about Charlotte to see what they come up with--that always works for me--it at least provides a start and once you are there--ask taxi drivers, folks at the front desk of your motel or hotel and such--ask the locals--they usually can steer you in the right direction--it is the south and folks should be nice and helpful----

As much time as I've spent in Charlotte, I rarely eat down there. However, you should check citysearch.com. It has helped me out quite a bit with finding user-recommended places to eat or things to do. Good luck!
