Chat gone again

Well---the pattern of how the chat room is working these days holds true---it goes down for three or four months then it suddenly comes back for about a month--that has held true this time.

With that being the case and that the chat has gone down again---I guess we will have to wait till sometime in late December to January till it comes back up again.

Talk to you all again when it does.

Well, there are others who judge and start drama in there too. No matter where, there always seems to be someone, that's just life. That's why I don't let those people get to me.

But hey, if someone is going to the chat room for cybersex, they must like the cyber sex. Huh, go figure.

Personally, I just like the people who hang out in chat here, I don't cyber. I like talking about sex among other things, and it's nice to have an outlet to converse with people. And I like some of the people who hang out there. That's why I'm excited when the chat room is up.

Peeps did use chat 2 get off... but mostly from what I remember peeps used it to have a laff, talk mucky, politics, get 2 kno 1 another, and help those who had probs... I kno.. cos several times chatters helped me through really bad patches.7 or 8 years ago...how different it is now I can't say, but it was always far more than just a chatroom wer peeps met for cyber sex... and if its sole purpose was for folk to get their cyber end away, so wot? Much better than some peeps getting off on slagging peeps off and trolling, serving no useful purpose whatsoever except as a reminder (not that we need one) that our world has some h8ful and vindictive wankers in it..

im not that into cybersex either i do enjoy talking to people with open minds & especially when it comes to sex & being open to both genders. it's liberating.

When I came in yesterday--up above the list of those who are on where it also says in () how many are chatting---that was gone. I then clicked on chat and when the chat load page came up--all I got was the little circle stuck in an endless loop and no chat---so I figured it was gone again.

Now I came back today and see it is working fine----so I don't know that was about.

There is more to the chat feature than engaging in "cyber sex." There are people that come to the chat room---not many now--that I have been chatting with for all or part of the ten years I have been coming to this site now and it is simply a matter of running into old friends---even though we may never have met at all in the real world and probably never will.

There is, at least to me, much more to the site than just it's sexual aspect. I am not the only one who feels that way.

This site has been at its best when it was a community of sorts.
