What is the difference between member, senior member, unofficial community leader, and some kind of super member? I have tried to find out for myself and I haven't been able to figure it out. I have read its based on the number of post you have. I have at one time been an unofficial community leader, but am now back at senior member with 204 posts and an average of 2.18 post/p/day. Other members have asked the same question to me and I have no answer. Any ideas?

In my opinion, absolutely nothing. The titles change according to how many posts you've written .. it's all numbers. It has nothing to do with advantages/disadvantages. It just tells us how long the members have been around.

I agree, it just tells poeple how many posts you have done... the more posts the higher your "rank" gets lol
This is the same on another message board I post on..... the more posts you made, the different title you got.

It means nothing but a ranking system for number of postings. Once you hit "some kind of super member" you've reached the end and it's all down hill from there.

Titles, rankings, percentages...BAH!...nothing compared to the AWESOME PEOPLE and what thoughts they share with everyone else.

(...now I'll check what my title is...*grinning cheekily*)

I agree with everyone else it just goes with how many posts or threads you have started or replied too so honestly just ignore it cause thats what I'm doing unless there is some other reason

I figured it out by looking through a bunch of threads before. Oof the top of my head, I think the exact numbers are

0-80 posts: Member
80-150 posts: Unofficial Community Leader
150-475: Senior Member
475+: Some kind of Super Member

Something around those numbers, but you get the idea.

Jen, thanks for you answer, that makes alot of sense. I thought is was something like that, but didn't know for sure. I hate being stumped..lol

Nara, Taz,

I feel the same as you guys, its just great to have all the people use the forums that we do have. I wish more would take advantage of the forums. I love reading all of them even if I don't reply to every single one.. Thanks you two for your responses.

I think the number varies somewhat.

Well, Here I'm called a member. Now , seeing as how I'm a guy, I HAVE a member :) , and at times in my life I've been called things that are euphimisms for a member  , so I guess to be politely referred to as a member (in the sense of a title) is ok by me.
