I have tried a couple of different internet pharmacies knock-offs that were 90% as effective as the Pfizer product. Here is where I am currently buying. I recommend getting 100mg and either splitting them or taking a whole one:

I got 30 non-prescription generic Sildenafil Citrate in 100mg hard pill form from an online pharmacy. They were inexpensive (about $75 with shipping) but there was a huge inconsistency in effectiveness from pill to pill. One pill would work very well, then the next pill was not effective or barely effective. So I'm assuming that, which ever the actual manufacturer was, quality control was nonexistent. I now have a prescription and purchase my pills from a reliable online source out of Canada for about $1.00 a pill with shipping wen I order 90 at a time.
By the way, everything I have read and heard from my doctors state that you should NOT split the pills to halve the dosage. Apparently, the active ingredient doesn't distribute uniformly in the carrier within the pill. So a split 100mg pill may have 75mg Sildenafil Citrate in one half and 25mg in the other; or an even greater disparity.

My Kaiser doctor gave me a script for seldenafil 20 mg tablets. A bottle of 24 (8 doses) cost me about $15. It's been very reliable for me.

YES, I get 20mg Cialis (generic) from Canadian Pharmacy Meds. They are CHEAP and work just like the $30 each pills from Walgreens. NO Rx needed. They take American Express and the pills are made in India, just like the real Cialis.

When I took Cialis I got mine from Canadian Pharmacy and it was a good experience. By the way, Cialis was discovered by GlaxoSmithKline, developed by an American Company (Icos) in Washington state, and marketed in cooperation with Eli-Lilly. Some labs in Pakistan were used, but the drug (Tadalifil) was discovered and developed in the US.

I'm surprised about not needing a prescription. I went through Canada Pharmacy (not to be confused with Canadian Pharmacy) and they required a prescription, which I needed to fight with my doctor to give me a paper prescription since they wouldn't send it directly to Canada.

I've had a scrip for Viagra for years. It was for 10 tablets per month, but my old BCBS coverage limited me to 4 Viagra 100mg tablets per month and only cost me $20 or 5 bucks a pill. I found that cutting them in half and taking 50mg had the exact same effect erectile-ly and made no difference in my recovery time after orgasm. I can get it back up for a round 2, but not unless my female or male partner continues to stimulate me orally or manually. As a result of getting my Viagra refilled each month whether I needed to or not, I have a surplus of 16 tablets, or 32 doses for me, which will last me for a while. Now, I'm on Medicare with a Part C supplement which doesn't cover Viagra. Good news is that I can still get it mail order from my Rx provider or local pharmacy. Bad news is that it will cost me almost 500 bucks or 50 bucks per pill. Over a year ago, I had my cardiologist authorize the generic sildenafil. For some unknown reason, the cheaper generic sildenafil is not available through my mail order pharmacy or local pharmacy. Has anyone else encountered this?
My cardiologist will issue me a written prescription with no problems. I'll have him do that at my next checkup. I will research the Canadian options. Meanwhile I hope to see more posts here about reputable Canadian mail order pharmacies. I want to make sure the Canadian source is reputable and provides actual Viagra rather than a foreign knockoff.

If you know anyone that goes to Mexico, that would be another alternative. That one does not require a prescription and you can get either the name brand or generic pills. I want to think that they were charging the same as Canada. It's been a couple of years since I was there, but again, that would be an alternative.

Last time I went to my doctor he mentioned that his hospital works with a local pharmacy (a few towns over) to fill prescriptions for the generic. You may want to check with your doctor's urology department to see if they know of a local place.

Has anybody else heard that splitting a generic viagra or coal is pill doesn't work as effectively as taking the whole pill?

I regularly split my 100mg Viagra into two 50mg halves and I've never noticed a difference in effectiveness from one half to the other half.

My French doctor prescribes Cialis not Viagra - thinks they are better. Unfortunately they cost 10euros EACH PILL! from the pharmacy that he recommended as the most reasonably priced. Think I'll try the Canadian on-line pharmacies...

I order "cialis" from Canada Pharmacy (not Canadian Pharmacy, not Canadapharmacyonline, etc...). 20mg tablet costs about $7 each (6 euros?). Never had a problem with the ordering or the pills (I take 1/2 tablet every other day). The only issue I ever had was getting the doctor to issue a paper prescription that I could send to them.
