Thank you for sharing this with everyone i'm sure that this will help some to realize that they are not the own and that they will be more open not only with themselves but with everyone else too. Because when you are reading something and it's what you have done then you are like i done that i'm that is okay.i can express myself more with people that i know has done something like i have or something that i would like to do. You feel as thou you can talk to them because they are expressing themselves too. lil bit
