Yes, I think its true. I was also looking for Bisexual role models a while back. If you do a forum search for "Famous bisexuals" you'll find some info.

Yup! The character Captain Jack Harkness originally appeared in the new Doctor Who. Torchwood is a spinoff and his is one of the main characters. From what I hear there are actually a few bi characters in the show, not just Harkness.
