I met this guy and he keeps talking in riddles and it is oh so confusing to actually pick up what he is saying. Yet he gets close and I touch him and he touches me back. He brushed his leg up against me while we were sitting but quickly pulls it away like he didn't mean to. Then when we are outside he just stares at me and looks into my eyes with those beautiful blue eyes, then walks away. He is a football player as well. OMG is he!

Careful, potentially volatile situation.

I agree. At the very least he'll say, "sorry I'm not bi/gay". At the very worst you could get a punch in the face.

I've had hetero guys flirt with me and it was flattering but it's just flirting, it doesn't mean that they're bi/gay or that they're interested in you or that they're closeted or anything.

I'll drink to that... <drink>

Male/Male interaction can be as complicated as Male/Female.

At the same time, we've heard nothing to indicate this guy isn't gay or bi. Are you out to him? If not, coming out would be a good place to start. If you are, you could always just vocally admire guys in his presence & see how he reacts. Then of course there's always the direct approach. I don't mean necessarily making a pass at him, since as the others pointed out, that could be dangerous, but simply asking him about his orientation.
