I can't get into the chat room

Every time I try, it gets stuck on "logging in..."

My Java seems to be fine, and rebooting the computer hasn't helped. It doesn't seem to matter if I use IE or Firefox -- I still can't get in.

Anyone else having this problem?

Try loggin out of site then back in

If you are using Firefox try clearing your private data and then try checking your Java connections.

I tried that. My Java connection claims to be fine. And I cleared my private data. Still no go. :(

Check connections under internet options and see if you're using a proxy server. It's caused me problems in the past.

There's no indication that I'm using a proxy server (I have FoxyProxy, but it's disabled). How do I contact Drew?

I've had the same problem! I went to the java web site and made sure I have the latest version, but all I get is an add for 3pillows.com, and the chat window never opens.

If I get the three pillows ad and can't get into the chat room I scroll down. There is a box that says that there was an error in logging me in. I then hit the refresh button on the toolbar. That usually does the trick.
