What are the Best Gay/Bi Venues In Manchester UK

Hi Folks

I hope to goto Manchester next weekend and while im there would like to check out the famous Canal Street. I would appreciate some advice as to what the best gay/bi bars and clubs are in the area. It is also my B'day and i need to find a bar /resturant to go with friends, most of which are straight so some advice on bars that admit straight people would be good.

I havent been to a gay bar or club before so I would be most grateful for some advice on general etiquette. I dont intend to go cruising but some b'day kisses would be nice :bigrin: ;)
