Well--up in heaven---they are hearing a great booming voice now that Johnny and Ed are back together:
"HHHHHHeeeerrrreeeesss Johnny!!!!"
Poor Ed--he had been sick in recent years and had suffered some economic reversals----he did live a great and long life----and he had a whole new family to mourn his passing--he wasn't alone.
He will be missed--that was a great era in television when he and Carson did The Tonight Show---we will never see the likes of entertainers like Johnny and Ed!

I liked ol' Jay Leno OK, but Johnny Carson, Ed McMahon were so great together. Anyone remember Steve Allen? Now, that was a funny show! Don Knotts, Louis Nie and Tom Poston were the Men on the Street, back then. Oh, wish I could do those days all over, just one more time!
