Very good article! I am an army mom and I understand how you feel. My son chose to make military his life and it was a goog decision for him.

I liked the article. Like you, I am not one of those moms who have to participate in all the activities going on. Forget the bake sales and paper drives, when you want and need me I will be if you need me. So you do not have to participate if you do not want to.

LOL someone left a comment on my contributor page saying that I should basically be ashamed of myself because there are typos and that I need to grow up because I'm too immature when I write...

By the way, the comment about what an awful person I was because I didn't catch some typos was obviously not proofread...

"I don't want to read something that likes you got a C in English class for it"

PMSL!!!! If I were you Rissa, I would have said 'Pot meet Kettle'!

The 'C in English Class' is a joke, when they obviously were out sick many days in 4th grade.

Or maybe it's Ebonics.

Normally, I wouldn't even care about a sentence written that way, but when that sentence is in a comment talking about how I can't proofread...please lmao.

Also littleray...what have I written that was so horribly immature? That was a part of this particular person's complain also...but I have not noticed yet where I wrote something so immature that it has made people sit there and think "Dear Lord this girl needs to grow up."
