Too bad you live too far away. I was in the same boat. I posted an ad on Craigslist and was very specific of what I wanted and didn't want. I got a couple of serious replies and ended up connecting with one of them and it was great. Make sure you prep your ass in the days leading up, as it will make it a lot more enjoyable.
