So (obvs) women don't have a prostate (nor do guys who've had theirs removed because of cancer) ... yet some of them dig anal.
What do you think women get out of anal sex? Is it all in the mind, the taboo or embraced vulnerability of it? Or something physical?

Well, in my very limited experience, I suppose women get the same thing out of it that I do. Specifically, they take satisfaction from providing pleasure to their partner.
