ABS question.

What is the law governing adult book stores?
is it considered ?private property?, outside the jurisdiction of cops?
Is an act between two consenting adults outside the purview of the law when done in an ABS?
I live in Texas, which is full of homophobes. I was wondering if the law was homophobic too.
The last thing I?d need is trouble and do the question.

i don't know about any laws for ABS's , but iv'e been going to lots of them for 50 years. i have never seen or heard of any cops ever bothering patrons at these places. everybody knows what goes on there , and they just leave them alone. there is one abs in my town that i no longer go to , because they will make you leave if you fool around with each other. the only car you EVER see there , is the cashier. don't know why they chase away their customers, but that's their business .
